As we close in on the halfway mark reality is really starting to set in that something is living inside of Bri.
The kid is already very active, giving Bri a nice kick today which I subsequently told her to kick it back :).
So of course I have to take a feel tonight and sure enough there is something in there and it is moving. Which it apparently has come to enjoy given that every sonogram Bri takes at work the kid is all over the place. Could that equal a boy...mmm, tune in June 2nd.
We've also read that the child has attained the ability to hear. Sorry Canucks fans...Let's go Avalanche! By the time I'm done the kid's first words will either be "Red Wings Suck!", or "Go Broncos".
Although I am still waiting for confirmation that this child is truly mine. The only true test I can think of is if the kid flips the bird during a sonogram. Of course he/she needs to pull his hand out of his mouth before that can happen.
Now understand all these sonograms she has taken they have yet to totally identify if the child has plumbing going in or out. Though every nurse that has given her one has their ideas, of course since we pay none of them, their ideas don't count.
What will count will be the one we have on June 2nd when Dr. Diggs performs the big one, which will be followed by me purchasing either a shotgun, or hockey equipment. So if you're curious that evening log onto here, and you'll have no problem telling.
